Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay at Wharf Annex.
Booking and payment: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via secure credit or debit card, or bank transfer.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 or more days before your arrival date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may result in the first night being charged. No-shows, or cancellations on or after the check-in date, are non-refundable. This policy is kept in line with our Booking.com terms.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in details are sent before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of Wharf Annex is two guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. The property may not be used for parties, events or commercial purposes.
Damage and loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay and should report it to us promptly. Guests may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
Hot tub: Use of the hot tub is at guests' own risk. Please follow the safety guidance provided and do not take glass into or beside the tub.
Liability: We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Personal belongings are left at guests' own risk.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the annex.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
