House rules

At Wharf Annex, we want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. We kindly ask that you respect the following house rules:

No smoking inside the annex or anywhere on the premises.

No pets. We are unable to accept animals of any kind, with the exception of registered assistance dogs where required by law.

Maximum 2 guests. The annex is not suitable for parties or events.

Please be mindful of noise, especially late evening and early morning, out of respect for our neighbours.

Please treat the annex and hot tub with care and report any damage promptly. No glass in or beside the hot tub.

Free private parking is available for two cars in front of the property. An electric vehicle charging point is available; please leave it free for others where possible.
