Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your arrival date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may result in the first night being charged. No-shows, or cancellations on or after the check-in date, are non-refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This policy is kept in line with our Booking.com terms for consistency.
